Torrential Rain Leaves Parts of Cynthiana, Kentucky, Under Water

Days of torrential rain left parts of Cynthiana, Kentucky, under water on May 20, as the south fork of the Licking River overflowed. Ben Childers captured aerial footage of the flooding across Cynthiana, which received nearly 6.5 inches of rain over five days ending on May 20. “The flooding was especially severe in Cynthiana, but high water could be found across the state,” Childers told Storyful.
